🟢 Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Classic Trax only accepts payments by Paypal.

You are responsible for having sufficient funds in your account.

We do not take payments by any other methods.

Orders are subject to meeting a minimum order value. This value is displayed at the checkout.

Orders are accepted subject to availability.

The automatic email confirmation you receive does not constitute order confirmation.

🟢 Delivery

We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. (excluding bank holidays)

Tracking is updated after dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking details. [Make sure you check your spam box as it can end up there]

🟢 Missing Order

It rarely happens these days with tracked mail, but in the event that your item has gone missing, please contact us after 7 working days have passed since you received our dispatch notification email. We will open a conversation with the carrier to investigate and we will find the correct resolution.

🟢 Refunds Policy

Refunds are only offered on items which have been damaged in transit or are significantly not as described. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

If in the unlikely event your item is not as described, you are entitled to return to us:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receipt of the order.
  • You must show us what is wrong with the item/s, by video (if there is an issue with playback) / photos of damage.
  • If we authorise a return, the item/s must be sent back to us in the original packaging, including the stiffeners within our card mailer or void fill that is within our custom boxes.
  • You must use a tracked postal service.
  • Return cost is paid by buyer.
  • You will receive a full refund, once item/s have been received and inspected.

We do not accept returns that fall outside of the above terms and conditions.

🟢 Cancellation Policy (Pre-dispatch)

Cancellation is only possible if the postage label has not been created and the order has not been prepared for dispatch.

The amount you receive back will have the following costs deducted:

  • Our Paypal transaction processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • An administration charge of £3 will be deducted from the total refunded, to cover our costs of time and labour.

🟢 Cancellation Policy (Post-dispatch)

Should the order have already been dispatched to you, and you subsequently wish to cancel because you changed your mind, you’ll need to return the order at your own cost.

The amount you receive back will have the following costs deducted:

    • Our Paypal transaction processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • An administration charge of £6 will be deducted from your refund amount, to cover our costs of time and labour.
    • Our original postage cost charge is non refundable, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
